Implementation of Administrative Staff Performance on Administrative Services

The purpose of this study was to determine and describe the application of administrative employee performance to administrative services at SMA Negeri 1 Sawa, North Konawe Regency. The research method used in this research is using a qualitative descriptive approach. While the informants in this study were the principal, administration, teachers and students. The data collection techniques are through observation, interviews, and documentation. The validity of the data is done by triagulation of sources, data collection and triagulation of time. The results of this study are: (1) the application of the performance of administrative employees is still not maximized because they are less skilled so they need the help of teachers, employees are also less agile when giving reports and less potential, (2) administrative employees are still having difficulties when providing services. administration due to low skills in operating information technology as a support to provide administrative services in schools.References
