Abstract

This study aims to determine the application of teacher work discipline in increasing student motivation in SMP Negeri Satu Atap (Satap) Wawonii Selatan, Konawe Archipelago district.This type of research uses a qualitative descriptive approach. The subjects of this study were the principal, teachers and students. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques in this study use four stages, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions, as for the validity of the data in this study, namely triangulation techniques, checking the correctness of information and discussing and discussing with peers.The results showed that the application of teacher work discipline in increasing student motivation in SMP Negeri Satu Atap (satap) Wawoni selatan, Konawe Archipelago district, namely: 1) timeliness of coming to school, 2) home hours accuracy, 3) compliance with applicable compliance, 4) use of work uniforms that have been determined 5) responsibility for doing assignments, and 6) carry out work tasks to completion every day.
