Abstract

This study aims to describe the readiness of teachers in in learning planning based on Curriculum 2013 in class viii at SMP Negeri 1 Wawonii Timur. This study used a descriptive research method through a qualitative research method approach. The data collection techniques used were document analysis, observation, and interviews. This research conducted at SMP Negeri 1 Wawonii Timur in class VIII with a total of subjects are 7 teachers. The results of this study indicate that the readiness of teachers in class VIII Learning planning based on the 2013 curriculum at SMP Negeri 1 Wawonii Timur has fulfilled the predetermined standards of readiness, but there were still some teachers who were in the Ready category, those were the teachers who had not reached the value of 100 which means that there were still teachers who cannot fulfilled some of the indicators of teacher readiness in learning planning based on curriculum 2013 in Class VIII at SMP Negeri 1 Wawonii Timur. However, in general, these constraints were still within reasonable limits so that the class VIII teachers at SMP Negeri 1 Wawonii Timur can be said to have good readiness in learning planning based on the 2013 curriculum.
