Abstract

The Purpose of research was to describe was to describe the implementation of full-day school in improving student learning outcomes. The type of research used is qualitative research, which will provide a qualitative description based on actual data and information. The subjects in this study were the principal, teachers, and students. Techniques of data collection is done by observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis using data reduction techniques, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. To test the validity of the data, researchers used a credibility test with a triangulation approach. Results of the study found that the implementation of full day school in improving student learning outcomes class X electrical SMK Negeri 2 Kendari carried out by : a) providing infrastructure facilities adequate learning, b) learning strategies by creating a 3M learning atmosphere (fun, exciting and educating), c) use methods of learning appropriate condition of study rooms and learning materials will be presented, d) the availability of computer equipment, and electrical equipment are based on technology.
