School Management and its Contribution in Maintaining A Accreditation

The purpose of this study is to describe contribute to school management in maintaining A accreditation. This type of research is descriptive-qualitative. The research subjects include the principal, school committee, 7 teachers and education staff. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the study show that school management greatly contributes to efforts to maintain A accreditation at SMA Negeri 03 Bombana, this can be described through: 1) the management of educators and education personnel by improving the quality of educators and education personnel through strengthening MGMP, PPG, workshops, seminars, increasing educational qualifications. and others; 2) curriculum management with integral curriculum development in the context of school-based management; 3) student management through the development of student competencies in learning process and extracurricular activities; 4) financial management with effective and efficient financial management and accountability in the management of education funds; 5) management of facilities and infrastructure. infrastructure through inventory of appropriate and unsuitable facilities and infrastructure used for repair so that it can support the quality of education; and 6) public relations management is carried out very well so as to encourage community participation in efforts to improve the quality of education within SMA Negeri 03 Bombana.References
