Implementation of Education Management Standards in School Quality Improvement

The aims of this study was to describe the implementation of education management standards in improving the quality of schools at SMP Negeri One Roof 3 Konawe Selatan. This research uses a qualitative approach. The research subjects include 7 people consisting of: principals, vice principals, heads of administration and teachers. The results of the study can be concluded that the implementation of education management standards in improving the quality of schools at the One Roof 3 SMP Negeri 3 Konawe Selatan, are: 1) program planning at the One Roof 3 SMP Negeri 3 Konawe Selatan has been carried out with reference to national education standards, 2) implementation of work programs At the One Roof 3 Junior High School in Konawe Selatan, the school's work plan for quality improvement has been referred to, but there are still many work programs that have not been realized, such as extracurricular activities, improvement of school facilities and infrastructure, due to very few school funding constraints. Because more important work programs are prioritized, 3) school principals have carried out supervisory activities in improving school quality. This activity is carried out every day, 4) the leadership of the principal at SMP Negeri One Roof 3 Konawe Selatan has been carried out with reference to education management standards in improving school quality.References
