Abstract

The purpose of this research is to describe the implementation of learning administration. This study uses a qualitative approach. The research subjects include 6 people consisting of the principal and 5 teachers. The object of this research is the Implementation of Learning Administration. The research data collection technique used the method of observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques used include data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Checking the validity of the data using triagulation techniques, sources, and time. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the implementation of learning administration carried out by SMP Negeri 4 Kulisusu has been carried out in accordance with the duties and obligations of a teacher. Where the teacher implements the learning administration used in schools, it contains time allocations and an academic calendar, which is then included in the annual program (prota), described in the semester program (promes), syllabus, and learning implementation plans (rpp) which will be implemented by subject teachers. in providing material to students.
