Principal Creativity in Improving the Quality of Education Services

This study aims to determine and describe the creativity of the principal at SMPN Satap 3 Bungku Selatan in improving the quality of education services at SMPN Satap 3 Bungku Selatan. The research analysis used in this research is qualitative descriptive analysis. The research subjects were 5 teachers and also the principal as key informants. The results of the research in the findings of this study indicate that the principal's creativity in improving the quality of services at SMPN Satap 3 Bungku Selatan the authors conclude that the principal's creativity at SMPN Satap 3 Bungku Selatan includes efforts to improve teacher professionalism, improve the quality of facilities and infrastructure, improve the quality of the learning process and improve student achievement as well as foster a positive culture in the environment in improving the quality of services at SMPN Satap 3 Bungku Selatan.References
