Implementasi Agile Scrum untuk Pengembangan Fitur E-Coupon pada Sistem POS Ritel

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi digital telah mendorong perubahan signifikan dalam perilaku belanja konsumen dari metode konvensional menuju transaksi daring, sehingga perusahaan ritel perlu berinovasi untuk meningkatkan loyalitas pelanggan. Salah satu inovasi yang banyak diterapkan adalah pemanfaatan electronic coupon (e-Coupon) dalam sistem Point of Sales (POS) untuk memberikan kemudahan bagi pelanggan dalam memperoleh, menukarkan, dan menggunakan kupon digital secara langsung pada proses transaksi. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan fitur e-Coupon yang mencakup proses earning, redeem, dan apply discount pada sistem POS ritel menggunakan metode Agile Development dengan model Scrum. Proses pengembangan dilakukan melalui tahapan product backlog, sprint planning, sprint backlog, dan sprint review secara iteratif dan kolaboratif untuk memastikan kesesuaian dengan kebutuhan pengguna. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan Scrum mampu mempercepat proses pengembangan, meningkatkan koordinasi tim, serta menghasilkan fitur e-Coupon yang berfungsi sesuai kebutuhan bisnis dan telah teruji melalui berbagai skenario transaksi. Fitur yang dihasilkan juga memberikan kemudahan bagi kasir dan pelanggan dalam melakukan transaksi menggunakan kupon digital. Kontribusi penelitian ini berupa model pengembangan fitur POS berbasis Agile–Scrum yang dapat diadaptasi oleh perusahaan ritel dalam mempercepat inovasi digital, meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, serta memperkuat pengalaman dan kepuasan pelanggan.
