Abstract

Kebutuhan akan sistem pengawasan dan pengambilan keputusan berbasis data menjadi krusial, khususnya pada perusahaan maklon seperti PT. Elanazma Prima Int. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan dashboard analitik real-time untuk memantau dan mengelola proses bisnis secara terintegrasi, mulai dari pengajuan produk, produksi, hingga distribusi. Sistem dikembangkan menggunakan PHP dan MySQL, dilengkapi dengan fitur visualisasi interaktif, pembaruan status otomatis, dan hak akses terstruktur. Proses bisnis dimodelkan dengan pendekatan Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) menggunakan Camunda BPM Engine. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa dashboard mampu meningkatkan efisiensi pengawasan, mempercepat respons terhadap dinamika permintaan pasar, serta meminimalisasi keterlambatan dan inefisiensi proses. Studi ini menunjukkan bahwa integrasi visual analytics berbasis situational awareness mampu memberikan dukungan keputusan yang adaptif dan akurat. Kontribusi penelitian ini terletak pada penerapan teknologi digital terintegrasi dalam konteks industri maklon untuk meningkatkan daya saing dan ketahanan operasional berbasis data.
