Abstract

The results showed that the strategy in laboratory management and management at SMA Negeri 1 Kambowa was based on laboratory management strategies, so it included strategies for forming a laboratory management organization team, implementing training or workshops, collaborating with school committees, collaborating with other agencies and collaborating with college as well as school visits. In the aspect of the strategy of cooperation with universities, it has not been implemented because SMA Negeri 1 Kambowa only relies on independent laboratory management, while in the aspect of school visits it has not been implemented due to pandemic factors that have an impact on current education delivery Furthermore, in the management and laboratory management aspects of SMA Negeri 1 Kambowa it has been carried out properly through the aspects of planning, organizational aspects, implementation aspects, and supervision aspects.
