Post-Publication Discussion
The Journal of Leadership, Management and Policy in Education encourages scholarly discussion and constructive dialogue following the publication of articles. The journal recognizes that post-publication discussion is an important part of the scholarly communication process, enabling researchers, academics, and practitioners to critically examine published findings, clarify interpretations, and contribute to the advancement of knowledge in educational leadership, management, and policy.
Readers are invited to submit comments, scholarly responses, or letters to the editor concerning articles previously published in the journal. Submissions must be evidence-based, academically rigorous, respectful, and relevant to the original publication. Authors of the original articles may be invited to respond to comments or criticisms to facilitate a balanced and constructive academic exchange.
All post-publication contributions are subject to editorial assessment and, where appropriate, peer review. The editorial team evaluates submissions based on their scholarly relevance, methodological soundness, originality, and adherence to publication ethics. Personal attacks, unsupported allegations, defamatory statements, and content that violates ethical standards will not be considered for publication.
If substantial errors, research misconduct, or ethical concerns are identified after publication, the journal will investigate the matter in accordance with its publication ethics policies and may issue a correction, an expression of concern, or a retraction, as appropriate. Any editorial action will be taken transparently and communicated to readers.
The journal is committed to maintaining the integrity of the scholarly record while promoting open, fair, and responsible academic dialogue. Post-publication discussion contributes to the continuous improvement of research quality and the development of knowledge in educational leadership, management, and policy.
