Conflict of Interest

The Journal of Leadership, Management and Policy in Education is committed to maintaining the highest standards of academic integrity, transparency, and impartiality in the publication process. All authors, editors, reviewers, and other individuals involved in the editorial process are required to disclose any actual, potential, or perceived conflicts of interest that may influence, or appear to influence, their professional judgment, objectivity, or responsibilities.

Conflicts of interest may arise from financial, professional, institutional, personal, or other relationships. Authors must disclose any relevant conflicts of interest when submitting their manuscripts. Editors and reviewers must declare any conflicts that could compromise their impartiality and, where necessary, decline editorial or review assignments.

The journal will take appropriate measures to ensure that all manuscripts are evaluated fairly and objectively. Individuals with a conflict of interest will be excluded from relevant editorial decisions or peer-review processes when necessary. Any disclosed conflicts of interest will be handled transparently and in accordance with the journal's publication ethics policies.

If no conflict of interest exists, authors should include the following statement in their manuscripts:

“The authors declare that they have no conflicts of interest related to the research, authorship, or publication of this article.”
