Authors Guidelines

Authors must submit their manuscripts online through the journal system, following the guidelines provided in the Style Guide of the Proceeding of the International Conference on Educational Governance, Policy, and Leadership (ICEGPL), which is available for download in the journal template. The following instructions must be observed:

  1. Authors must confirm that their article is original, has not been published previously, and that no rights to the article have been transferred elsewhere.
  2. Authors are responsible for ensuring the authenticity of their work and must adhere to proper citation practices to avoid plagiarism or self-plagiarism.
  3. Compliance with the authorship criteria specified in the ICEGPL guidelines is required.
  4. Authors are forbidden from submitting the same manuscript to multiple journals at the same time.
  5. Publishing the same research in more than one journal is not allowed.
  6. Authorship should be restricted to those who have made significant contributions to the study’s conception, design, implementation, or interpretation.
  7. All co-authors who have contributed significantly should be given appropriate credit.
  8. Authors must ensure that all co-authors have reviewed and approved the final manuscript, including their inclusion as co-authors.
  9. The manuscript must not contain any personal information that could identify a client, such as descriptions, photos, or genealogical data.
  10. Authors are required to provide the editor with data and details of the work if there are concerns about data falsification or manipulation.
  11. Any significant errors or inaccuracies discovered in the submitted manuscript must be promptly reported to the editor by the authors.
  12. Authors must disclose any potential conflicts of interest, including those related to employment, research funding, consulting fees, and intellectual property, in the ICEGPL disclosure document.
