Author Guidelines
Papers submitted for publication must conform to the following guidelines:
- Article consists of title, name of author, affiliation, abstract (Indonesian and English), keywords, introduction including methods, results and discussion, conclusion, and references (Template).
- Unless otherwise indicated earlier, abbreviations should be avoided. Titles of article should be written out in full.
- Article should be actual, based on either conceptual or empirical research findings, and references derived from books and accredited national journal articles, especially reputable international journals.
- The article has not yet been published elsewhere, original, unpublished and not under review for possible publication in other journals.
- Manuscript may be written in bahasa Indonesia or English approximately 4500-6000 words long including tables, and figures.
- Each manuscript should begin with a 150-250 word abstract of its content.
- Keywords contain three to five words/phrases separated by comma.
- Quotations, passages, and words in local language should be translated in Indonesia or English.
- Notes should be numbered in the form of Bodynote.
- Article should be original script and free from plagiarism and that it should be previously checked by turnitin application and the like.
- Citations and bibliographical style must be set automatically using Reference Manager (e.g. Mendeley, EndNote, Zotero) in American Psychological Association (APA)
- Manuscripts may be edited for style prior to publication. Author should follow in-house style of Religi: Journal of Religious Studies.
- Authors should be willing to respond to questions from readers of their articles.
